To summarize:

 

If you have an S6, you may or may not have to notch the bellhousing.
You will need some different length bolts.

 

If you have an S4, you may or may not have to notch the bellhousing.
You will need some different length bolts.  Only two of the 4 required
bosses for the Procon ten bracket remain.  You will need to engineer a
way to secure it.  Either weld two bosses to the centre casing or use a
steel cable as a choker or invent something else.  Please keep it.

 

Sometimes you can get these transmissions cheap, and you don't have to
get them shipped from Europe.  I know someone who got one for $750.  ;)
