[s-cars] 245/40/17 vs. 255/40/17

I'm about to purchase a set of dedicated summer only tires for my '92. They 
will go on my 17x8 Borbet Type T's. I'm looking at ultra high performance 
tires only. I have the 16x8's mounted with a set of Nokian winter tires, so 
remember, this is for summer only. Which size should I go with?
 Any suggestions for brand/model of tire? I drive aggressive, the car will 
be on H&R Sports very soon, and I may see around 2 track days a year.
