[s-cars] Hood Stuck

That didn't work out to well. I also should have mentioned that I've
tried the ol' "While I pull on the hood release you pull up on the
hood.." routine to no avail as well.

The cable already feels loose, so I think when it was last shut it got
dislodge or something so its not pulling on the release. Which I find
odd since its working on the other side. =\

Thanks for the suggestion though.
