[s-cars] Scraping when hitting a "depression" in the Road

If a certain somebody was allegedly traveling in the triple digit range and
hypothetically speaking came upon a depression in the road which reportedly
resulted in some scraping sounds as the suspension supposedly compressed and
some as some yet to be identified bit ran along the slab of I95 Southbound,
would the un-named perpetrator be alone in experiencing this purely
hypothetical example of what might happen in a partially laden car sporting
Bilstein/Eibach sport suspension.

 

Just wondering on a Friday afternoon.
