[s-cars] Clamps for Samco hoses

FWIW, for the small clamps I didn't bother with the Breeze constant
torque clamps, mainly because the spring loaded bolt gets kind of bulky
on the smaller sizes. Instead I went with a couple of different clamps
sourced from McMaster-Carr (www.mcmaster.com). P/Ns 45945K66 & 5462K48.
The plug load on the smaller fittings is a lot smaller and the constant
torque clamps seemed overkill. My main concern was in getting a non
perforated clamp to prevent extrusion of the silicone hose.
