The RS2 IM is nothing more than eye candy, and will not work with
stock plumbing on the S4. Structurally, the RS2 IM is the same as the
3B, RR, and ABY intake manifolds, with pretty letters cast into it.

The RS2 set up is perfect for this, it is a highway killer. Lag will
be increased, but when tooling along on the road, already at +/-
3kRPM, boost should come quickly.
It's too bad that you are abandoning the project in the last 25% of
the swap. You should at least consider putting the stock S4 parts on
the 90 and try to finish it. Or advertise the car as an ongoing
project, and someone with enough ambition and skill might pay a price
you'd be willing to take. Marc Swanson recently sold his completed
hybrid 20vT 4kq at what I consider to be a substantial price, although
most likely not near a profit, he certainly recouped some losses. But
like the others have said, don't expect a ROI.
Also, I'd like to echo JaMu's suggestion of getting the
034efi/Swanson/Mullane FMIC.
