[s-cars] Door molding

Make it five...
I'm in need of both the lower and upper (mid) door trim. So far the
best pricing I've been able to find has been from Blau for the S4 trim
pieces. I'm leaning towards replacing the middle trim with S6 pieces
though for that body coloured look (haven't actually bothered to find
out yet though if the S6 middle door trim is actually a different set of
parts from the S4 mid trim or just painted).
