[s-cars] Too much boost

Ah!  Forgot to mention:

The WG spring is cranked down one turn.  

When Mihnea tuned the car, he turned the spring down three turns
before we hit the road for tuning.  When we returned, he told me to
crank it back two turns.  To access the screw, I had to drill out the
cap, so she was a virgin before the tuning.

I'll try to back it off one more turn and report back.
