[s-cars] blow off valve orientation... was Re: Fluttering

Under the heading of "if there is no solution, there cannot be a problem," I
now am fluttering more than usual and wonder just WHAT is the correct
orientation of this valve.
I run a turboxs with piston on the pressurized side, all washers inserted
and it seems to work fine enough without any issue surfacing in other areas
of motoring.
To my way of thinking, the piston would never move if installed on the
intake upstream from the turbo.
