[s-cars] Help to remove a seat...

It's been a while.  Hope all is well; i need some
help.  I've got a 95.5 S-6 avant invoved in heavy
front end collision. 

The motor on the passenger seat will not operat
allowing the seat to slide completely to the rear and
off of the track so that I can remove it and then the
other and eventually the carpet.  

How do I remove that seat?
