[s-cars] Cruise Control - Big Hammer Approach

While NAC, my baby Benz (190e don't ask why) has a very nice feature.
You set the cruise control, nothing happens. Later, maybe 10 minutes, after 
you have completely forgot that it was set it miraculously starts to work. 
You find this out why you try to slow down for traffic. A nice feature, NOT.

Keeps ya awake I suppose.
