[s-cars] Hesitation -- please help

Hmm, I'm pretty sure the blink method tells you the same thing as
VAG-COM or the official VAG 1552, but I think the VAG just gives more
detail.

Sean,
Are you referring to using Vag-com?  If so, then no, I haven't.  I have
used the 'blink' method to check for error codes, but I didn't find any.
