You'd need all the electronics and fuel system, something for the exhaust.
Does it come with the clutch on the flywheel? Can your trans handle the
torque, and do the bellhousings line up? These will be important issues.

Then of course.. there's the intercooler plumbing. There's two
intercoolers, one on each side of the car below the headlights. Which
necessitates the S4 front end, which is different than the A4. I'm
guessing the radiator is different too.

In the end, you may be better off selling your A4, buying an S4 with a
blown engine, and tossing that engine into it. That's if you have the
tools necessary to R&R one, it is not easy at all. If you had to pay
someone to do it, it'd be cheaper to buy an S4 in working condition.
