[s-cars] [urq] UPG-CT 2005

Gary et al,

What an amazing day Saturday!  I wish I could have made it down to UPG, but
I was a little busy at //Sfest.  Thanks to all of you guys who made it up to
Granby in incredible style.  What a site with all those UrQ's driving in
together.  Simply amazing.  You guys rule!  From as far away as Colorado,
Florida, Ontario, etc, etc, you guys rock!  And a special thanks to Gary for
working with Paul Krasusky for making this happen.  It was a treat!

It's a shame that Sprongl's old A2, generously trailored to //SFest by
Shokan owner John Smith and coordinated by Shokan's Aaron Smith, was gone by
the time you guys arrived.  There will be pictures posted shortly, I am
sure.

For those of you I was able to meet, it was my pleasure.  For those of you I
didn't, my apologies, and maybe I'll be able to talk with you next year.

Thanks to all for making such a memorable event!!!!

Simply incredible...  what a blast, and hate to bum you out again Gary, but
your right about what it was like when the Urqs rolled in. I was the idiot
standing next to the wecome tent, pointing, cheering, gasping. Bar none, the
highlite of my fest, although I wish I were there for the A2 entrance...
 
Wish I could have met more folks and wish I could remember more just, in
general... 8-) Damn, those were some good suds!
 
Bravo to all involved with organizing, and hope you guys treking home make
it safe and sound...

My two big bummers...one, getting lost on the way to the S-car Fest. I
wanted sooo bad to see the look on their faces when 15 urqs came rumbling
in! Two..not having my car there.
I missed also having our Sunday morning coffee this year. I went back up to
the S-Car fest this morning, but it was raining and it didn't look like
anyone was going to show up. 



So...how do we top this one!!!
