[s-cars] Anyone know if the headlight reflector mounting clips canbe ordered?

I've BTDT too, I've taken mine apart several times and have learned how
to do it without breaking the clips. They are not available as a
separate part through Audi. However, they *may* be available from Hella,
but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Your best bet it to find a friendly lister with an old assembly and ask
them to "part it out". Or try buying a used or damaged unit from a
breaker or even ebay.
