I finally got around to putting in the HIR bulbs I bought last year, and

while disassembling the lens housing to clean and install a relayed 
wiring harness, had four of the reflector mounting clips (the ones that 
are adjustable to aim the headlamps) break off where they attach to the 
reflector.

These clips are *really* brittle.  Two broke off during disassembly and 
two broke off during reassembly.

After much cursing and a quick look at etka (which doesn't appear to 
show the correct part), I've decided to turn to the collective wisdom of

the list for help.

Has anyone run into this problem before and come up with a successful 
solution?  Can these clips be ordered separately from somewhere?  Or am 
I stuck trying to glue these things back together and hope they hold?

Thanks Dave!  I feel tons better about wonking mine during same install,
along with HID's.  You're right, looking at them crosseyed brittles them
to dust.  

Yes, I found solution...  um, look the other way!  OK, mine appear to
have busted leaving the lens in acceptable position, hope the same for
you.  I initially looked to retro in some donor clips but the project
quickly grew taller than my appetite.

Happy to help, I'm sure that did 8-).  Least you know you're not alone.
And associated with the likes of me, which is probably not good!
