[s-cars] Poof! No Boost!

The most common failures in boost are: 1. The small rubber hose under 
the black cover in the center of the firewall. (remove cover with two 
screws). 2. The boost hose that connects to the inter-cooler under the 
radiator, (remove the bottom plastic engine cover to access).
