[s-cars] HID lights group buy- $185/set delivered

You spent a good deal of time analyzing this thread didn't you? The best scientific methodology i'm looking for is for someone who has actually used this very kit and said, " HEY! it works great, better than expected" Hmmm... but then there is the 'wealth of dis-information' sydrome so prevalent on the internet. "Anonymous sources" on my end happen to be reputable sellers of quality lighting, such as rallylights.com and daniel stern. Certainly they could sell conversion kits and make a ton of $$$. But they are, as i said, REPUTABLE. If the conversions were of at least equal quality to stock, perhaps they would suggest or even stock such a product. But they are typically not, so therefore lesser suppliers will sell them all in the name of profit. Do as you like. Put them on your car. I do truely hope they work well, as I'm always looking for upgrades. But your dollars first.

If we are being graded on the scientific method, I'm afraid we all
  flunk.

Lino because he can't make a decision, wants to quote anonymous
sources about poor quality. Will he like the advice of his trusted
  sources
  here?

Rolf because he is conservative in his approach to everything (A
  necessary
trait in his business) and uses the generalities of Daniel Stern
  about HID versus
  the product he sells.

Lee because he uses the specific negative argument against HID fog
  lights because
of excessive bloom, when nobody is converting fog lights. And, he
  thinks his babies
will love him more if he lavishes big bucks on e-codes for them.

Bruce because he emphasizes the precise nature of the low beam
  projector conversion
and the exacting beam pattern produced, but falters with the million
  comparison when
of course it is gad-zillions times better.

Me because I just say they are cheap, this deal is little more than
the HIR, and they work great !

PK because, well, just because he didn't show up.

  Tom :-)
