[s-cars] Poor gas mileage

Winter re-formulation hits me for 10%....funny, how that's the same amount
it is "oxygenated" by. Let me ask a question, if the fuel burns cleaner,
but you have to burn more to go the same distance doesn't it kind of defeat
the purpose? Does anybody have meaningful data on "back to back" e-tests
with oxygenated and non-oxygenated gas.....not like science makes any
difference with the corn lobby.

Winter reformulation of gas sometimes has a bad effect
of gas mileage. In the colder climates, the colder
air is also denser, meaning the ECU can provide more
gas (and power).

The O2 sensor should be good for 60K miles or so,
unless you have bad or corroded wiring.
