Hey S-car  List..

I gotta tell you Bill Perron and his lovely wife are looking really good
today in Snowy New Hampshire, cruising up from Hartford CT area in an S6
Avant.
Silver/Black.. Ummm... yummy. And it's snowing like crazy.

They are enroute to visit Abe Berman, both (Bill and Abe) who attended
the GOF at Paul's house last week. Apparently equipped to ski tomorrow.

Tha List connected ME with Abe, (thanks Tom) who has this 1968 'Cuda
project in Bill's garage, exploiting Abe's friendship with Bill's wife.
I think Abe owes Bill a few favors for this! Abe needs Exhaust, and here
we go.  I know about exhaust, but the Stromung was out of budget, no
trouble!

Anyway, Abe bought my 1/2 of my OEM S4 exhaust for his 1991 20V.. And
asked Bill to pick it up today. So Bill heads north in a snow storm for
skiing, and friendship.
While New England is sporting this great powder snow event right now.
Bill and his wife stroll into Hanover NH, on time I must say, to pickup
this
Rear exhaust section for Abe. And Deliver it! 

Needless to say they will ALL  gain first tracks tomorrow morning, in
Northern VT. And those in the 'Flat lands' can read and weep.
Bill makes it look _easy_ in that Avant I tell you. It's a clean
machine!

But I have to tell you, the sight of this beautiful S6 Avant, in a snow
storm could make an excellent Quattro commercial.

Not only that, Bill and I stuff this freakin' 7 foot exhaust system
INSIDE the Avant, and brace it so as not to 'nick' any leather.
And it fits.  Clump, we shut the hatch.

After a brief rest stop in the Hanover Inn, they're heading FARTHER
north to find Abe.

It was a cool Quattro moment, I had to share.
