My buddy was running the 25hours our here and found that after 3 hours
the rear diff blew out, the motor was putting out about 2x what was
stock. They put on a diff cooler and it lasted a bit longer, just one
data point. I know summit has kits with electric pumps. I have had
lot's of problems with my car but never the rear diff, I suspect that
with the rear torsen it might be a problem since I suspect ther is more
gears/more heat produced. I would give the guy's at stasis a call or
Champion and ask them if they have ever run a rear diff cooler, it might
not be a problem with the 4wd cars since we have two differentials to
split the difference in torque gain?

Gabriel,
Are you talking about overweight dedicated track cars like the S6? I am
also
having my center torsen differential modified to send more torque to the
rear.
I know BMW track cars that routinely use coolers or larger casings to
cool
their rear differentials.
I am just trying to get information from anyone who tracks their car
that
might have made this modification. I didn't want to reinvent the wheel.
Regards,
Robert
