My guess is either Airbag or CEL.
Turn the key to the on positon and see what lights out over there.
See if either one of the two is missing.

Yep, the cluster was out in June to replace a couple of bulbs in the
speedo/tach.
So the question is...how do I know which bulb is incorrectly lighting?
