hey Brian,
I am originally from San Jose and lived in CO for years. if your car
was passed in Boulder county, you should be fine. and the ECU will
adjust the mixture for the altitude compensation. i know brian
billoti will chime in here and give you tuning options there, but if
the car is certified in CO, i see no reason why it would be any issue
there- RS2 or not.
also, santa cruz is a great place. the uni there is fantastic and i
have spent mucho time there. and you will go nuts w/ the roads to
drive on- i would recommend Skyline from SC to SF in one sitting if i
were you. quattro through the twisties there can be
intoxicating..... ; )
