[s-cars] anyone selling a cheap quattro ?

Hi guys...

so they say trouble comes in three's. Two down, one to go... 8-(

My son totalled his VW this past Friday in that nasty ice storm we had up in NE. (not his fault "again")  Anywho, I'm lost without audifans marketplace.  Has anyone heard when we could expect it to be running again ?  Since he's a poor college kid (and I have a motor to rebuild) he's looking for something thats not going to break the bank...  Something around $3500 (expected payout from ins), must be a stick, has to be quattro and pass inspection.  Anyone ?  Oh ya, New England area... There's actually a $5k 93 S4 on ebay right now that I wouldn't mind helping with the finances but last time I checked, add ~$1k to get anything shipped coast to coast.... 8-(
