[s-cars] 5300k vs 6000k HID - Note from Andy

HIR highs are pretty stupid bright highs. On the open highway (when I can
use
them) I've never been able to time their reflective range (for highway
markers) on
an open road. The road turns or dips before the beams run out. And this is
with
DOT lenses on an UrS.
