Well I believe I answered my own Question from my previous tread. It appears normal that numerous solder points on the (2) 26 pin connectors are jumped together with solder. The IC is functioning 100% now, well almost 1 bad bulb & none on hand. I soldered all the points of the various connectors as others have recommended. At first there were no obvious problems found until I decided to look at the last board. The small board behind the clock/oil temp/ oil pressure guage was the obvious problem. The 2 pin connector had 2 bad solder joints almost visable with the naked eye. I believe they were labeled on the board GT &GD or something like that, can miss them they are the only 2 pins on that board. Hope this might help someone out there for this group has helped myself many times over. Thank You To All Dan
