Don't bother calculating crank horsepower. It is not a direct percentage
loss and you will go crazy trying to nail down all the variables. Hell,
even something like how tightly you strap the car down and what kind of
tires you have on the car will cause a difference in output.
Just get good solid numbers at the wheels and go from there. What kind of
dyno?
