[s-cars] Ford coolant in an S6

Same T fitting broke on my 95 several weeks back and did leave me stranded
on a 0deg F night. It was a dramatic failure due to all the steam and low
temperatures. A good indicator to get the car shut down quickly!
Luckily I was in cell range for my AAA savior

Vincent;

Take a close look at the t-valve where the HVAC sensor is, its plastic
and gets brittle with age. Mine broke off inside the hose and almost
left me stranded in the summer. I managed to clamp it down and limp home
and luckily there was a VW dealer about 5 minutes away from where it
happened. I installed a new t-valve as soon as I could.

While you are there, you might as well replace the plastic fitting that
goes from the t-valve to the back of the block. This is known to fail
too.

Not sure if I would risk the ford stuff, unless you are truly stuck and
can't get to VW dealer. If this is a last resort, then I would flush it
out and use the G12 when you can get some.
