To answer the outside temp light, here is a post from our good friend
Bob Myers. The bulb is Radio Shack bulb # 7219 Micro Lamps 12 volts,
60mA.

OAT Bulb Replacement
Robert Myers <robert at s-cars.org>
This requires minor surgery. Pull the instrument cluster. (10 minute or
less job. - 2 or 3 screws, slip out the lower trim piece. Another 3-4
screws & slide the cluster out of the dash. Disconnect several color
coded and keyed electrical connectors behind the cluster). Remove the
OAT display from the IC. (10 seconds - two small screws) Disassemble
the OAT display. Take your time and put everything in order as it comes
out - nothing is marked. Unsolder the grain of wheat bulb. Solder a
replacement in its place. (10 minutes) Reassemble everything - aren't
you glad all the bits and pieces are arranged all nice and orderly?
(Another 20-30 minutes)
The replacement bulb is available from Radio Shack in their display of
small lights. I don't have the part number handy but it is their
smallest grain of wheat bulb. It comes packaged two to a package.
The only concern is just how comfortable you are with soldering
itsy-bitsy electrical gadgets.
The behind the dash electrical connectors are locked with a variety of
methods. Nothing requires brute force to get them apart. Just look
closely at them and figure them out. Nothing is terribly complex.
