[s-cars] Clutch won't disengage

Ok so I replaced my clutch and when I got it all back together the clutch 
pedal dropped to the floor.  So I bled the system using a pressure bleeder 
and got the pedal to spring back but the pressure plate will not disengage 
and the pedal is very soft.  Did I get the slave cylinder in the wrong 
place?  Or is it bad?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
