Just a small correction on Dave's observation concerning my turbo. The hot 
section on that turbo is where the damamge was and that was all original. I had 
the turbo refurbished 2 1/2 years and 25,000 miles ago and we didn't touch the 
hot section. The turbo itself and the hot side had 6 years and 70,000 miles 
on it. 

I would also second Dave's recommendation of TEC. If you go this way, you 
want to talk to Holly or Jim Latour and tell them that Hap sent you. They have 
about 12 turbo optins for Audi bolt-up applications. 303-271-3997.
