[s-cars] Stuck G60 caliper

Hi Bob:
With what are you applying leverage? Perhaps slipping one pad back in and
using the brake piston's force to get it going might work. Careful not to
shoot your piston(s) out if you got this route. Neither of the above is a
personal BTDT, just a thought.
Regards,
Mark

Subject: [s-cars] Stuck G60 caliper
Hi Y'all,
I have my urS6 stock G60 front brakes nearly apart. Right side went
smoothly and is back together with new pads. Left side has a stuck caliper
slide. I haven't been able to get it to move. Even bolting it back on the
car and applying some rather significant leverage doesn't budge
anything. I have peeled back the rubber boot and have sprayed Kroil inside
and am waiting for that to penetrate for a while. Then I'll try again.
Meanwhile, any clever little tricks I should try?
Bob
