[s-cars] Stuck G60 calliper

I had a couple of rear callipers with this problem a couple of years ago.

One was fairly easy to break loose. I mounted it in a vice, applied lots of
Kroil equivalent, got a socket on the hex end of the pin and applied torque
cw and ccw until it shifted.

The other needed lots of heat from a butane torch (I'd previously removed
everything from the calliper body except for the stuck pin) before it would
shift. In both cases, I cleaned the pin (one needed a little attention with
400 grit paper), greased it and reassembled everything.
