Don't get me wrong -- You're absolutely right! I'd much prefer to work with
a company that appreciates my business rather than one that doesn't. I
think a letter to Bilstein (at the very least) would be in order expressing
your dissatisfaction and asking for a resolution and see what they come up
with.
