[s-cars] STAY AWAY FROM BILSTEIN SHOCKS

My 200Q has had no Bilstein failures, on the S6 the PO installed
Bilstein sports on stock springs, had one fail, since the Eibachs have
been in, so far, so good,
and REALLY happy with the combo.
