I just picked up an '01 A6 Black/tan int. 2.7t 6spd w/ only 19k miles -loaded w/ perf., luxury, cold weather and sport suspension/wheel/seat packages, and 2 sets of Dunlop tires (SP9000s and Winter Sport M3s) - guess it is time to start on a new project (I feel like I stole it for $23k as it has 4 mo. factory warranty left and an additional 2 year/100k Audi certified warranty after that until 6/07).  Here are the details of my S for sale and extras that I will sell separately if anyone is interested at the bottom (just posted it on the AudiWorld classifieds today) - please forward to anyone who might be interested or let me know your thoughts. . love this forum and read it regularly even tho I don't post often - I will miss youz guyz if I sell the car - if not I will keep it as a backup or maybe to turn into track car . . .and stick around. 
94 Audi S4 Sedan, 230k miles.
Pearl White w/ Ecru Leather w/ built in phone and 10 disc. CD changer (every available cost option that could be purchased that model year including the extra for Pearl White Paint).
Purchased used in Spring,1996 w/ 42k miles for approx. $28,000 w/o tax from McDonald Audi in Colorado with no modifications and a certified 100k miles warranty. Car was previously owned by a man from the Fairplay, CO and used for highway driving b/w Fairplay and Denver. It has had all major services done and has had 3 timing belt/Serpentine belt replacements at approx. 75k miles, 150k miles, and 210k miles w/ new H20 pump. It has had Mobil 1 Synthetic changed every 3-5k miles since it was purchased in 1996 and all required changes before that at dealer. Spark Plugs and O2 sensor has been replaced 3 times at approx. same time as belts were done. New Rear OEM rotors and pads installed at 210k miles. Car has never been tracked and solely used as a commuter car w/ 95% highway miles b/w Denver and Ft. Collins. All records since new (acquired service history from 1st owner from dealer computer records). Mechanically car needs nothing. Car has some scratches and normal front end road rash from sand/gravel - has never had any accidents since I have owned it.. The interior condition is in decent condition for this mileage and front outside bolster is tearing and can be repaired at good leather shop for approx. $200. A few dash bulbs for seat heaters are out but everything is operational including seat heaters, cruise control, all electrical windows, mirrors, etc. 
Performance Modifications to engine, exhaust, and Engine Control Unit (ECU): 
Lehman/Hoppen Stage IV -  RS2 turbo, RS2 Extrude Honed Exhaust Manifold, RS2 Green Injectors, Lehman ported and polished cylinder head, lower compression 8:5 to 1 pistons (stock is 9:3 to 1). Lehman stage IV software w/ 3.0 Bar Pressure Transducer. This mod. was completed at just over 100k miles. One of only 5 cars in North America that received this modification package according to Joe Hoppen Motorsports. Allows boost levels to peak at full throttle in the 26-28 psig. range before gradually backing down. Extremely powerful and smooth as one would expect from a Lehman tuned car.. Estimated H.P. for this package alone with everything else stock is 380 horsepower. With exhaust mods below - car is likely in 400 hp range although it has never been put on a dyno for exact power/torque.
Retail cost w/ labor to install Stage IV kit: $7,500
Strommung 3 " turbo back stainless steel exhaust system w/ cat bypass test pipe - installed at approx. 150k miles. Cost $1350
TurboXS metal adjustable bypass valve -has been on car since approx. 125k miles w/ no problems. Cost $150
K&N Panel Filter in stock air box. Cost: $50
SAMCO hose kit - 3 blue reinforced silicon hoses to replace all stock boost affected hoses - have been on the car since approx. 125k miles with no problems whatsoever. Cost: $350
Modifications to suspension
Eibach Pro-kit lowering springs - intalled at 50k miles - no problems to date
Bilstein sport struts tuned to be used w/ Eibach springs - installed at 50k miles - no problems and have lifetime warranty. This package cost $1300 installed.
Rear Sway Bar kit (HRSB) - 94 S4s did not come with a RSB as did the 92 S4. $750 installed
ASW Adjustable Camber Plates - allows lowered car to be adjusted to w/ in OEM alignment specifications so that uneven tire wear does not occur.$300
Braking modifications:
Audi HP2 front brake kit - this is the front brake package from a European Audi S6+/S8 which has 323x30mm rotors and a 4 pad/side brake caliper. Strut housings from a Euro S6+ were installed as part of this package. $3000 installed. (Extra set of new pads/rotors avail. see below).
Goodridge Stainless Steel brake lines (set of 4). $100
Transmission Modificatons:
Centerforce modified clutch kit- installed at approx. 100k miles - cost installed $1500
New stock Master Cylinder installed at 210k miles.
Interior Modifications:
Audi Sport 3 spoke steering wheel w/ airbag installed at approx. 125k miles - Same as Sport Wheel used in 95.5 Audi S6/ and 96+ Audi A4s. Cost - approx. $500
VDO boost guage (0-30 psi) installed in center console. - approx. $75
V1 radar/laser detector hard wiring to dome light (V1 detector not part of car price) approx. $50 in labor.
Lighting
Stock headlamps w/ new European lens and euro bulb package for low beams, high beams and fog lamps from PUMA. Euro lenses have a 3M protective shield. Cost for euro lenses w/ protective coating and bulbs- $200 (extra set of used headlamps w/ euro lenses and 3M coating avail. see below).
Tire Wheel packages available w/ car one of three sets goes w/ car - others are negotiable 
17x8.5" Borbet Type Cs (6 spoke wheel) w/ Yoko ES100s in 245/40ZR17 size- tires have approx. 10k highway miles- cost $1750 new for package. (requires cone seat lug bolts which are included w/ these wheels along w/ Euro locks) 
16x8 OEM Forged 5 spoke wheels that came with car - currently have Yoko ES100s in 245/45ZR16 size - tires have approx. 5k miles on them - replacement cost of this package w/ used wheels @ $200/each is approx. $1250. 
16x7.5 OEM Avus wheels from 95 S6 w/ 225/50/16 Yoko 721 snow tires w/ less than 10k miles on tires. Cost: $1200.
Other garage parts available and negotiable:
New set of front HP2 323x30 rotors and complete set of 8 front pads - everything needed for next front brake rotor/pad job. These new parts cost $500. 
Stock OEM 4 spoke steering wheel w/ intact airbag unit (used 125k miles)
Extra set of stock headlamps w/ euro lenses and 3M protection - has all working bulbs.
Stock exhaust manifold (used (75k miles)
Stock springs/ shocks (used 45k miles)
Stock clutch disc/and pressure plate (used 100k miles)
APIKOL short shift kit ($210) brand new not yet installed
Very good condition used accelerator pedal - just picked up from Shokan. 
Total of modifications alone w/o tire/wheel packages is over $17k alone and I am willing to part with the car for $12,500/obo (price includes 1 wheel/tire combo listed above.. For Reference - retail price from KelleyBlueBook is approx. $11,885, private party sale - $8260, and trade in value -$5815
