listen enough about the copywritting of material.
i have prmission for at least 80% of the pics.
do i write for teh webistes....
no
hahaha
i have 23 full time staff
including 2 copywritters!
so it rolls of me like water.
"You're wrong. Any photo or posting automatically is copyrighted by the
owner."
you are wrong, copywritting has to be done. putting a "c" on a website
does not mean anything.
the author of the original photgraphy can only have it removed or the
site that contracted teh services of that photographer.
Most of these pictures are by people that submitted their cars to
websites, and want peopel to see their pictures. its not like i am
stealing corporate identity or intelectual property and trying to pass
it off as my own.
furthermore, i have mdae 0 claims they are my pictures.
i stated that tehy are a collective works, and have given credit to
every site i have pocsted pics from.
s-cars and other sites are using some stock photgraphy from audi?
as well as pictures i have seen on other sites.
are they breaking the law?
look in the model galleries, you will see offical audi phtography.
i did all stock photgrapy purchasing and contracted all photographer
servicess for gateway compuyers and general electric, and then i had
the collective works copywritten, including functionality.
i have a strong legal divison that specializes in intelectual property
rights. so i have a little insight on what is offically copywritten.
please.....if you want your pictures removed provide me with a list of
them and i will take them down.
i collecting these images fo rmyself...
so i coudl have a slide show on my plasma in the living room..
now i am sharing them with you.
A for offering to help refresh greta webites....

and anyway i can send traffic or content to them will def be done.
and i started this because it's time...
for something new....
call my language capabilities embarrasing....
no problem...
you try typing these emails on a blackberry while you are driving your
s with your knees
in a snow storm.....
;)
i'd be impressed if you can heel toe, type and drive at the samwe time....
