[s-cars] Snow tire problem

For deep snow, the LM22's won't cut it. They're nice in the dry and
will make it through a little snow, but for the deep stuff and ice,
they're not the best one out there.
I'd go for a Nokian RSi, it has all the ice grip of a Blizzak WS-50
without the dry traction issues.
