I would think that would be dependent upon how good the airflow
was where the IC was installed. For instance, the stock UrS
IC installation would probably be helped by ANY device to
improve airflow, even to the point that frankenliner mods actually
probably do something (never had the time to bother to rig my
dual thermocouple reader to it to be sure) but considering Audi
felt the need to perforate the fender liner on the S4 biturbo, one
would bet it helps. And if airflow is as poor as I'd bet it is, I'd bet
a fan would help, even if the car was moving.
