[s-cars] exhaust hardware - stromung downpipe install

Rich:

flex pipe > downpipe, N 010 244 16, 8mm x 30mm bolt x3 
flex pipe > downpipe, N 900 850 01, 8mm nut x3 
flex pipe > wastegate, N 902 002 01, 8mm nut x3 

Not sure why there is a different part number for the 8 mm nuts, but I
know one of them is the locking type.
