[s-cars] fog lamps w/o low beams

Been there, ran those. Also a set of Hella 2Ks on the bull bar of my Range
Rover. Additional height of the Rover was very helpful :-)

A pair of Euro high beams with a pair of 130 watt H1 bulbs does a pretty
decent job of this also.  ;-)
