Give ProDiag a fair look. It is quality software. And Steve Eiche is
second to none when it comes to support. Yep, you need a palm OS device;
but, the portability is great. Hopefully they will have a version
domeday that will work with my Motorola mpx220 through the usb port.

Don't think you can Bob.
There are some useful features of the VAG-COM.
It will give you real time feedback of the engine operating parameters.

I did talk to the makers of the VAG-COM.
NO group buys... very sad indeed.

They have had some major support issues with the last GP they got
involved 
in, so we are out of luck.
