[s-cars] fog lamps w/o low beams

I just have to admit that I was in elementary school 15 years ago. ;) Born 
in the early 80s, I don't remember that. I just know that fog + low beams 
are illegal nowadays, a few years ago nobody cared.. High beams and fogs are 
allowed. The main problem is that most cars have fog lights that are 
completely out of adjustment. They point in every other direction than onto 
the road.

Couldn't agree more. Fogs together with low beams are IMHO useless.
