[s-cars] more ignition switch questions - loose lock

That I dont know, in the 5k (havent HAD to look at the S4 assembly
yet) the lock assembly was bolted onto the column through an arm
extension thing so it wouldn't come out with out doing some additional
work. Not positive on this though, becaise as I said, never had to
replace the whole thing, just the little end cap in the back that was
held in with a small set screw.
