[s-cars] ITS TO4E Smoking

The restrictor just mounts right on top of the turbo oil inlet.  I
sealed with a bit of RTV sealant that I let dry.  One note is I
originally started w/ a .08" OR then down to a .04" OR.  Ola mentioned
that I could go as far down as .025" but wow..that is getting tiny!

Regarding the oil return line it is aftermarket and seems to slope down
back in to the oil pan:

When installing the restrictor, did you use all new gaskets?
