Yes.  The degree depends somewhat on your anodizer.  The one I've used here
in Denver prefers to run things as a "batch"  IIRC, I've been able to get
the IC core & end tanks, plus all of the auxiliary aluminum tube connections
and fittings done for @ $100.  The black (but you can get quite a few other
colors - heck I think Hawaiian Pineapple, a kind of garish yellow orange
with a hint of green leafing around the sides, is on offer for a slight,
additional charge :-).

Funeral black does have its "stealth" benefits.  The Hawaiian Pineapple
yellow OTOH, does seem to make the IC core look bigger for some reason.
