[s-cars] Importing Canadian car to US ??'s

 How did you prove that it was imported properly? What documentation do you 
have or used?

Reason that I am asking is that I have a Canadian 96 S6. New Hampshire is 
going to start emission testing, via OBD II scanning starting with the '96 
model years. I have been talking with  someone in the NH Enviromental 
Sciences dept and I might "have to prove that the car was legally imported" 
in order to get an exemption.
