Cody, I can't imagine its your drain line, it looks fine, the turbo is so much higher than the drain into the block, plus looks like you're already using -12.
The only thing I can recommend is to put a pressure gauge on your crank case to see what the pressure is inside the block, any pressure at all will push oil back up into the turbo.
