[s-cars] RS2 compression ratio

This may hark back to the old discussion re: the switch to the latter MY's
metal vs. paper head gasket. Another way of asking the question could also
be, "Is there any difference in piston part numbers?" IIRC, Mihnea Cotet
was pretty certain the metal gaskets produced a significantly different (by
@ 1mm I think) "gap" vs. the older style paper felt. Several shop mechanic
types, when asked by me, thought not.

Last, personal experiences have produced a (fairly, i.e. +/- 3cc's or
better) widely disparate combustion chamber numbers, both as "measured" on
heads that have passed through my hands, as well as reported by other
parties. The only conclusion I could ever come to, is everyone's burette's
all need recalibration.
