[s-cars] Dead ECU -> upgrade opportunity?

Kris,

Don't abandon all hope.  I discovered that the drains for the cowling below 
and in front of the windshield were plugged when my '95 S6 (just like 
yours) quit on me after spending the night in a heavy rain,  The ECU was 
sitting in about 3 inches of water,  I baled out the water, opened the ecu 
and dried it with a piece of cloth I had on hand in the trunk, and hooked 
the ECU back up. and, much to my amazement, drove it back home.  That was 
about a year ago and I've had no ECU related problems since then.
